Tomar + Ferreira do Zêzere

Departure from Lisbon towards Tomar, through the Ribatejanas lands. Here we will continue to the Convent of Christ, initially built by the Order of the Templars, and visit its Castle, the Manueline Church, the Romanesque Ronda, the Renaissance Convent and the monastic precincts. Let us learn how the Templars originated the Order of Christ and how this new order became fundamental in the era of the Portuguese Discoveries. This monument became a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

After lunch in the city of Tomar, we will continue to Ferreira do Zêzere where we will visit the famous Lago Azul and the Miradouro do Castro.
